Section 2

Termination of State Regimes Termination of State Regimes:

1) All the states that remained in Nepal until the day before the commencement of this Act have been terminated.
(2) After the commencement of this Act, no person shall be entitled to exercise any authority in the capacity of king and ruler of any such state.
